2nd Assistant Superintendent
Pocasset Golf Club
Pocasset, MA 02559
About PGC:
The club was founded in 1916, and a 9-hole golf course was constructed. In the early 1920’s Donald Ross was hired to redesign the previous nine holes and add an additional nine holes. The golf club was built on 120 acres of rolling, natural terrain that Ross incorporated into his hole layouts which remains a testament to his vision today. Since becoming a private club in 1989, the course has undergone a total restoration, all in the Ross tradition. Force Design has remained the club's architect since 2001 and will continue with our update to the master plan.
