Saturday, September 16, 2023. USA vs South Africa - Newport International Polo Grounds, 250 Linden Lane, Portsmouth, RI. Match starts at 4:00 pm.

We have reserved an area on the Lawn between the Southside Tailgates (near the national flags) and the Grandstand.

Gates Open at 12PM | Pavilion Opens at 3 PM | Match starts at 4:00 pm

• Bring your own chairs or blankets for seating.
• We will provide barbecue items - hamburgers, hotdogs, sausages.
• BYOB if you arrive before 3 pm, after that  pavilion is open to purchase beverages.
  

To avoid last-minute entry traffic delays, arrive early to enjoy pre-game refreshments, amplified music, games on the field, shopping, and socializing.  The match will begin with national anthem(s) followed by player introductions and Official Coin Toss to start the match.  After 3 periods called chukkers, a Halftime Intermission includes a stroll on the polo field for the divot stomp, a 'treading in' to replace divots, a time-honored polo tradition to repair the field for the second half.

Cost for Adults is $20 pp, children 15 years old and under are free.
